We love fall in our house, but one of the things I hate to see go when transitioning from summer to fall is salads. Fall recipes usually do not include salads, and I love salads, too. The Well-Fed Son is taking after me in this. He will inhale a good salad. The Chef, however, isn’t one of salad’s fans. He doesn’t know what he is missing out on, but that’s okay… it just means more for me and our son. 😉
This fall recipe, Autumn Chopped Salad, is delicious! I think I stumbled into the recipe on Pinterest not too long ago. It is definitely one we will make again.
You can get the recipe from Espresso and Cream. And make sure to follow us on Pinterest to see all of the other great stuff we come across on there.
If you are not on Pinterest yet, you have to get an invitation to join. You should be able to request one on the site, but feel free to contact me through our contact form if you’d like for me to send you one. Warning… Pinterest can be extremely addicting and you may find yourself wasting time enjoying yourself for hours at a time pinning things, probably most of which you will never find the time to actually do!
